Know your question

Why is it blocking? Is the pipe sound before I buy? Where does the line run before we extend? The question decides how far the camera goes and what you get at the end.

Find the access point

The camera goes in through an inspection opening, the outside gully or a fixture. If you know where the opening is, clear the garden or pavers around it. If you don’t, say so and we find it.

Ask for what you need

Footage, a written report, the line of the pipe marked out: say what you need when you book. We confirm what you’ll receive, and the price, before the camera goes in.

If the line is blocked

A camera needs a line it can travel along. If the drain is blocked, we clear it first so the camera can get through, and the clearing is quoted as its own item.
